General Entertainment Booking

We’re not an agency; we’re a full-service creative partner. Most of our acts are created in-house, from concept and casting to show direction and styling. If we haven’t built it, we’ll source it. Every detail is handled with care.

Our wedding clients typically invest between $5,000 and $50,000+, depending on the scope of entertainment. From soloists and ceremony ensembles to high-energy dance bands and hybrid DJ/live music experiences, we’ll help you create the perfect soundtrack for your celebration.

Because our entertainment is fully customized to your needs, pricing depends on factors like location, group size, production level, and overall scope. Once we understand your vision, we’ll provide a tailored quote that reflects your event’s unique details.

We’ll work with you to determine what’s best. Some clients prefer an all-inclusive rate; others handle travel directly. We’re flexible.

Yes. While most performances happen November–January, our holiday entertainment can be booked for off-season events, holiday in July activations, or content shoots.

Logistics & Technical Needs

It depends on the act. We’ll let you know what’s required and can provide sound and lighting through our team or preferred vendors.

We’re flexible. Many of our acts can perform in nontraditional spaces. We’ll adjust the format to suit your layout.

Yes. We provide complete tech support when needed, or we’ll work directly with your AV team.

Set-up time varies by act but we’ll always share the timeline in advance and coordinate with your team.

Absolutely. We collaborate seamlessly with planners, AV teams, and venue staff to ensure a smooth experience.

Yes. Depending on the size and scope of your event, we’ll provide either a designated performer as the point person or a dedicated coordinator or production team. We’re there to ensure cues, logistics, and flow are seamless from start to finish.

Location & Travel

Yes. We have talent based in LA and NYC, and we travel nationwide and internationally for events.

Yes. We’re experienced with destination events and have performed internationally. From logistics to performance, we’ll work with you to ensure a seamless experience wherever your event takes place.

We’ll work with you on a travel plan, whether you prefer all-inclusive pricing or prefer to handle travel directly.

We’ll assess the site and recommend a format that fits your space. We’re experienced in outdoor and unconventional venues.


Planning & Process

We’ll reach out promptly to learn more about your event. From there, we’ll send a custom proposal and guide you through each step.

Absolutely. Every project begins with a conversation by phone, Zoom, or email. We’re here to listen, guide, and collaborate.

Once you’re ready to move forward, we’ll send a short questionnaire to gather event details. After that, you’ll receive a contract. Your booking is confirmed with a signed agreement and 50% deposit. From there, we’ll guide you through the next steps and timeline.

We handle changes on a case-by-case basis. While payments are non-refundable, we may be able to reschedule or apply your deposit to a future date depending on availability and circumstances. Just reach out and we’ll talk through options.
